Peter has an extensive background in business, including fifteen years in the Financial Services sector where he held in a number of senior management positions. A strong accounting background and experience in management and business start-ups, led to a number of years in business consulting.
Peter is actively involved in the Early Childhood Education Sector and owns a centre on Auckland’s North Shore.
He is married to Karyn and has three children.

Gavin has held a number of management positions including 12 plus years in the Tourism sector. Having been self employed for the last 8 years, he has extensive experience in marketing and operations management. Gavin is actively involved in the Early Childhood Education sector and owns centres in Auckland and Tauranga.
He is married to Caroline and has two children.
