Greenfield Centres

ECE Astute can advise on potential new childcare centre sites. Known as Greenfield sites,(not existing at present) these centres may be new builds on residential or commercial land or conversions of existing buildings to child care centres.

ECE Astute will provide initial assessment, and work with an experienced group of planners, engineers and traffic specialists to confirm centre viability from a build point of view.

ECE Astute can refer clients to builders and architects but do not act as developers, builders or project managers themselves.

Services provided;

• Liaison with agents looking for child care specific property
• Initial planning assessment with client as to its site and property suitability
• Assessment of local competition, and demographics
• Assessment of land use provisions and potential centre sizes
• Initial council discussions around land use and suitability
